It feels like home, away from home. Cosy and perfect to replenish the soul.

For starters Trudie is a great host. She really cares about her guests and ensures that they get the most out of their trip by advising on where and what to explore during their stay. The accommodation itself was quite comfortable and has a great homely feel. I'd definitely recommend it to the next person.

I wish they had a pool

What a beautiful and peaceful stay we had.The cabin is well equipped , and we had everything we needed.Close to Sabie town and wow, Trudie was amazing,always checking in on whatsapp,and she gave us the names and locations of all the awesome places to visit...

The view was amazing, and the host was very responsive. The house was clean

Nothing of note

Very clean, neat and safe area. Driving distance from all attractions. Trudie was so helpful and friendly. Awesome view from the deck, it was a pleasure waking up in the morning to see the sunrise over the hills.

the place is very private and comfortable to rest, recharge and within exciting top attraction suck as the Lone creek water fall, the Mac Mac potholes and water fall and easily connects with Graskop, sudwala caves, pilgrims rest and many other places of interest. The place is strategically located to enable maximum exposure to pure natural pleasures and a true sense of indulgence especially with nature. I just can't wait for the next visit in the area. So the big tree @ sabie is my ultimate choice. it's simply magnificent.

internal roads to the venue is not that good

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Needs major work done throughout the entire house. The pictures look amazing but our experience was really bad staying at this accom. I'd urge people to spend a few hundred extra rand and at least stay somewhere nice.

Bedbugs in the single room, bothered my mum all night. The fact that they provided insect repellent on entry as complimentary says that they know about the bed bugs but they haven't done anything about it. Cat peed somewhere in the single room: we found all the windows were left open on arrival and we weren't sure why. On the second day we went for travel we closed all the windows due to so many bugs being in the house after the first night but when we came back the house stank and we quickly realized why the owner left all the windows open on the first day. Doors get stuck, hard to open. Locks are barely working. No pool in the house with a mountain view, which was the main reason why I booked this accom in the first place but very much so disappointed on arrival and finding out that there's no pool. Trash mountain view, misleading ad of the place. Main gate is jammed, comes off the rail each and every time you try and move it. I had to lift the entire gate up with my partner and put it in it's place but came off every single time. If an elderly person is staying by themselves, they'll have a hard time. No remote for the main gate, seems like someone stole the actual controller TV doesn't work, can't watch any channels as there's none, no Netflix no nothing. Very slow UI. No washing machine, don't know why washing machine and tumble dryer is advertised in the ad as a feature. Manager offered to wash and dry the clothes for 50 rand but not good enough. I think washing machine and dryer should be there if it's being advertised. House not the cleanest either. Very sticks floors when walking around the house. No aircon across the house. It gets very very hot during the day. Fans don't help much when it's hot. We had to leave the fans on all night. Mould in the shower Wasp nests in the parking under basement, be careful when parking people.
