2 Bedroom Chalet SB11, Sandown Bay, Dog Friendly

Lovely site, always stay around this site everytime we stay on the isle of wight.. we like everything about this chalet.. very well decorated.

Only thing was there was no curtains so was very bright in early hours of the mornings. There were no towels but that wasn't a problem as we brought our own..

LOCATION, can’t say enough how well located this place is, it’s just few minutes walk away from Sandown beach and has an amazing walk on the other side as well. The property serves really well as a base to explore the island.

A few cobwebs here and there but nothing worth complaining as such.

Transport facilities within easy reach, close to beach, well looked after site. Well equipped chalet, could do with a proper clothes airer to put washing on.

Great location and easy to find and park etc 2nd time staying on this site Good size chalets and clean and have everything you need

We had some issues with hot water and a blocked toilet. Also a lot of damp on the carpets by the windows

Good communication. Everything you could want/need in Chalet. Very pleased with parking at SB11 as I have mobility issues. I intend booking again as the whole break was a lovely surprise at such a good price. They sorted the return ferry ticket for a time and price that I couldn't get myself.

Cutlery could do with bleaching and some plates were dirty. Kitchen net curtain needs washing. Carpet needs shampooing but overall nothing to dislike.

Nice chalet, close to the beach and coastal walks, good parking , nice seating area outside, will definitely go back, very peaceful site,

Rail on back of bathroom door unsucure just needs new screws

Very nice property, parking was easy and it was pretty much what we expected. The tea and coffee on arrival was a bonus and very welcome. It would have been challenging had we not had a car.

Mould on the carpet in the bedroom. Bathroom door handle very unreliable……came away in my hand twice. Window blind broken in the lounge.

Location was good, not far from the beach. Being able to park right outside accommodation was great, the balcony area out front was nice to sit on.

I got locked in bathroom within 5mins of arriving, my 7 year old had to break me out. We then realised none of the internal door handles worked so had to make sure my 2 young children didn't shut any door incase they got trapped. There was alot of dog hairs from previous hosts - not great when you have a fur allergy. There were no curtains at windows so we had to peg up towels to make rooms dark enough to sleep.

Great location

Bad smell, washing machine and tablr lamp not working, heater on the floor in the kids bedroom, insects underneath the bed, mold on the shower's curtain, lack of black out curtain on the window despite the street light in front of the property... we contacted the management company and despite offering us to vacate the property, nothing else was done. Definitely not recommend
