"Central and comfortable."

The central location was wonderful and everything I needed or wanted to see was within walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable.

There was no kettle to boil water for my tea and I would also have liked larger mugs for my tea. I also think they should have provided some of the washing detergent necessary for the washing machine. It’s only a small thing but they could include it for the price they charged.

Ottimo servizio di accompagnamento via WhatsApp

A mio avviso la pulizia dovrebbe essere compresa nel prezzo, senza ulteriori vincoli. Non trovo corretto considerarla un servizio extra e per di più costoso (60 euro extra).

"Goed verblijf met handige check-in."

We hadden hier al eens gelogeerd. Daarom nogmaals geboekt. Zeer mooi ingerichte apartementen. Rustig. Al hadden we ditmaal wel een apaprtement aan de voorkant/straatkant van het gebouw en hadden we iets meer straatgeluid. Maar niet storend. Het apartement is goed voorzien en zeer netjes. Check-in, kamersleutel, ... alles gebeurd digitaal via mail, whatsapp. Werkt zeer goed!

I liked the cleaning staff and the location. The apartment was nice but needs few more essentials. We had to ask for a kettle and iron. It needs cups chopping board and a fridge that works. And cushions on sofa .

I didn't like the response I got about the fridge not working and as a result we had to throw a lot of our food out .To be told this kind of thing is unfortunate is in my opinion not acceptable. The company didn't even acknowledge the fact of the complaint. So disappointing.

Se puede mejorar la limpieza, y la televisión, menuda locura. Encendias la del salón y la habitación a la vez
