I really liked the location—it was very convenient and close to shops and transport terminals. The gym was a great bonus, and all the facilities and equipment were in perfect condition. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my experience. Every aspect, from the location to the amenities, was thoughtfully arranged and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated how everything was in perfect condition and easily accessible, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect place to wander around the heart of Cebu.

Cutleries/utensils were rusty and not completely clean. Messaging response time was adequate, sometimes a little longer than usual.

The location was incredible. There’s so much to experience around the area, like a local street food market, a mall which has a cinema and it’s a quick Grab ride to the center. There’s also a massive TV with Netflix and washer/dryer.

How absolutely filthy it was. Luckily the linen and towels were clean, otherwise I would’ve actually lost it. But I don’t think the surfaces have ever been cleaned. The cleaning cabinet is filled with Lysol spray which do not clean. I had to spend my own time (hours!!!) and money to thoroughly clean the bathroom, kitchen and floor. The price of the accommodation is very reasonable, I understand, but there should still be some standard of cleanliness. Like checking whether there’s a half-eaten donut in the microwave when cleaning. I hope for the sake of the next guest the apartment is clean and that the toilet seat has been fixed, as it was broken during my entire stay.

The location was very convenient, clean place and nice size of room and view. They have complete appliances as well including washing machine.

No clear instructions when i got there i had to reach out to the host instead od the host welcoming me and giving me instructions. The host responses were very limited as well to yes or no even with open ended questions.
