IT Park New Studio Condo 38 Park

The location in IT Park is fantastic, with a 7/11 right downstairs and a mall just across the street. The photos of the property are an accurate representation of what you can expect. I appreciated that they provided a new, unopened dishwashing sponge and were generous with toiletries. Louren was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.

We had a bit of a rough experience during our stay due to renovations in the unit next door. The noise and vibrations from the drilling were intense, to the point where the toilet even shook while we were using it. It would have been helpful if we had been notified about the ongoing work in advance. Additionally, the room could really benefit from blackout curtains to improve the sleep experience.

Comfy studio,location,nice bed and good WiFi.the view was good as well. 1 block from the mall and many redtraunts and cafes in the area.

Very dirty apartment, hair everywhere, food scraps in the sink, stains on the glass and the floor, all the equipment is stained and dirty, you don't want to touch it.

I like the fact it has everything. Very comfy bed and big TV with very good Wi-Fi connection. The location is nice and convenient to everything. The pool is cool too with very nice city view specially at night.

I stayed for 9 nights. Called the owner twice but seems like she's always busy. Was supposed to request for a bed sheets and towels changed but I decided not to. Anyway, I understand that. Overall experience was very good.
