1801 Sapphire Beachfront 3 Bedroom Condo

Very clean, liked that it had a playpen and high hair already for the little one. Loved that the elevators were not over crowded. It made the stay very enjoyable

A couple more blankets in the condo would have been nice. The ones on the bed were very thin

It was clean spacious and close to the beach

The door kept having issues locking and key cards not working when we stepped out

Wonderful home away from home.

Dryer did not work properly. AC was very loud

We enjoyed the property.

Some of the furniture in the condo need to be repaired or replaced as the legs are unsafe. Also, the blinds are in of attention.

It was very unclear that breakfast was half a mile away.. Also front desk did not have all the paperwork upon arrival and we had to wait for it even though it was filled out as required online.

Needed to be made clear breakfast was in a completely different hotel down the street. Misleading for sure also said beach chairs were included, they were not.

I liked how beautiful the pool was, it’s proximity to the beach, beautiful views, and peacefulness.

I disliked how there’s no service for the guests. No bar in sight, no restaurants, no customer service. The staff at the reception were not as professional as I would’ve expected, especially when they have so many rules. Such as, no food at the pool ($350 fine), no guests that are not on the guest list (Immediate eviction). There was just too many rules which made it difficult to relax. Also, the checking in steps was a bit too much. I did extra forms that I had already done because of clerical issues from their end. Also, IF YOU BOOK TROUGH BOOKING.COM ENSURE THAT YOU AT LEAST BOOK FOR 3 NIGHTS BECAUSE IF NOT THE COPA VACATIONS WILL EITHER CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION OR PLACE YOU IN A DIFFERENT PROPERTY.

Beautiful condo with amazing views! Super clean and well stocked.

The dryer needs a tune up. Took 3 dry cycles to dry out cloths.

The facility was very nice. The climate was great. The pool was great.

I had to rent another room at La Copa for my daughter’s family because I didn’t include our 36 day old grandson. That’s outrageous! Staff made no exception. I was shocked. That’s a terrible policy.
