Dolce Vita - Fantastic view -Free Wi-fi & late check-out

This is a lovely flat with amazing view. Very peaceful. We had a good stay. Highly recommend. It is around 20 min walk to the railway station, along a footpath.

The host, Silvia, was easy to communicate with. Met us at the property, showed us where everything was and gave us a bottle of prosecco to enjoy the incredible view on our first evening in perledo. It is a charming, quiet little town just up the hill from varenna. There is a bus that runs up and down during the day and a free shuttle going back up in the evening after 7:00 so it's very easy to get in and out of town. Also, there's a grocery store and restaurant just a couple of minutes away walking. Loved it, hated to leave!

The road going into perledo is very narrow and winding. At some places, there's only room for one car so if you meet another vehicle especially a larger one, one of you has to back up. It's not too bad once you get used to it. The unit's a little hard to find and the numbering on the buildings are small and confusing as they don't seem to run in order. However, Sylvia met us at the driveway of the building which helped us to find it and once you get there it's well worth it!

Amazing view of the lake! The highlight of our trip was enjoying coffee and meals on the balcony. The apartment is very functional - easy to cook in the kitchen and do laundry. Perfect for a week long couples trip. The host was lovely and so helpful - she provided lots of info about getting around. Great location as it’s away from the crowds, much more peaceful than the overly touristy area.

Not a criticism but worth noting for other travellers, there is not much nearby! There’s a small grocery store and a bar/restaurant but they are sometimes closed for siesta time. Just note to plan accordingly and have food in the fridge, or plan ahead to take the bus down to Varenna (times are not super often). You can also walk down to Varenna, it’s about 20 mins by stairs/walking path.

It was a very lovely property with great view. Silvia is super nice and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back next time!

The view from every room is breathtaking. The place was clean, well stocked, spacious, and located near the bus stop to Varenna.

The main bed was very comfortable but the second bed was not as comfortable. However, the space and views made up for this abundantly.
