Car parking was a little too far from the apartment sadly , but we got used to it . Very sharp road bends to get to the Apartment No TV Only major area for improvement is the hand held shower. ( water goes everywhere) and had to shower with one hand .

The apartment was well equipped & our host was very helpful with suggestions regarding the region & restaurants in Pereledo. We enjoyed our stay & the close proximity to Varenna.

Silvia was extremely helpful during the whole trip, providing us with number for taxis, local places to visit, she was always on hand if I had any questions in the lead up to the trip and all during the visit.

The apartment is excellent and much more than expectation. There are two balconies where we can see the beatiful Como lake. The apartmemt has lake view and mountain view as well. You can easily find almost everything you need in the apartment and it is just like staying at home. I like seating on the balcony at night and having some drinks, enjoying the wind and night scene of the Como lake. Really confortable and enjoyable. What is more, the host, Silvia is very very very nice. She did her best to make me enjoy my time there and helped me pretty a lot! I am greatly grateful to her. There are some free coffee, drinks and candies in the apartment, kindly provided by Silvia. I am quite satisfied with accommodation! Many many thanks to Silvia!

Out of the hectic tourist crowd, maybe 10 drive up the hill, the apartment has two terraces with lively views, including the lake. You cannot park at the site but it isnt too far to the parking lot. Very happy with my stay here!

Not having onsite parking

The apartment views were ridiculously beautiful I wish I stayed longer the view is like heaven! The apartment has everything you need and more! The host Silvia is so lovely and so helpful, couldnt thank her enough! She made my stay very lovely and helped me with everything I needed. First time travelling alone and Silvia did everything to help me with knowledge about the area. I felt very safe. Will be back.

Awesome place with a capital A. View from the balcony was great, it was even better than the pictures show here. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Once you reach it, it’s very close to the supermarket and two nice restaurants. Our host lady was very nice, way before we arrived she contacted us and did everything she can to ensure we had a good experience in Perledo. All in all, we had perfect time and would love to stay for longer if the chance appears in the future.

Nothing to say really. As a tip, I’d suggest planning how you’ll reach the apartment. On Google Maps it looks easy, but actually it’s an uphill path that can be pretty difficult. Buses won’t run in the weekend. (Maps will mislead you) Walking from the train station can take around 40-60 mins, and the taxi driver we’ve seen was the rudest person we have ever met in Italy. It’s a small town, so options are limited. Of course this is not the apartment or host’s fault, you just need to be aware and plan accordingly.
