Great location, friendly staff, really cool apartment

Location was really convenient. Close to a market, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and a short walk to transit or Condesa neighborhood. Comfortable bed and clothing storage with plenty of hangers. I didn't use the kitchen nearly as much as I could have but appreciated the fridge, water filter, and coffee pot with coffee.

There was construction going on next door to my room but I understand it's a necessary part of improving the facilities. I was doing some online job hunting which I could do in coffee shops or evenings but might be worth checking if you plan to be working or on calls during the day. That said, I'd stay again and look forward to the AC they were working on. 😄

Location is perfect, cool apartment and friendly staff

Our host Carlos was superb! Very responsive when we had questions or issues. Both Carlos and the doorman were quite helpful where our jumbo sized bags were concerned. The location is great! Excellent restaurants within walking distance and a truly authentico market right across the street. I was traveling with my best girl cousin and we had a great stay in the two bedroom two bath apartment. Would stay at this property in the future for sure.

The death defying staircase to the upstairs bedroom took some getting use to. PThere is no air-con (it was unusually warm during our May visit), guessing that’s not an issue most of the year but please be aware.

The people working there were very nice and accommodating and the location was great.

There was a lot of mosquitoes in the room I got bit bad and had to buy a mosquito repellent to not get bit further. You can also hear everything from the courtyard people walking upstairs and talking. Also as mentioned in another post there was no cleaning any of the days we were there. no refills on towels etc.

Everything was perfect

Apartment looked beautiful just look the photos, was clean and comfortable. The location in Roma is excellent and across the street from Mercado Medellin. However I had a bad stay because the walls & windows are unbelievably thin, so you can other tenants/guests as if they’re in your bedroom. There was also construction in an apartment above me from 8:30-6 every day, including on Saturday. The shower was also a disaster: very weak pressure and the hot water ran out suddenly after 5min every day for a week. And finally the TV was broken and therefore unusable.

Lovely apartment, great location.

The wifi was patchy.
