The location was good and the apartment has two beds and two full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. The decor was nice and there is AC in both bedrooms.

There was obviously water damage on the ceiling that had not been fixed. Not actively leaking, but plaster was crumbling. The locks had been recently changed but the plaster around them was poorly done. There were dishes and utensils, but no sharp knives or anything to wash the dishes with other than hand soap, paper towels and a drying rack. The stairs up to the second bedroom are very narrow and steep. The bar down the street plays music outside at full volume until about 11 pm on Friday and Saturday nights and there is lots of street noise in general. If noise will bother you, bring good earplugs. Additionally, the power went out for almost 24 hours while we were here and there were no flashlights or candles provided or offered until we asked. Very few updates about the power were provided and communication with the management company was not good. The manager in the building tried to help but he couldn't do anything. The power was a city issue so I don't fault them for the loss of power, but the way it was handled was frustrating.

Great location- tons of restaurants, cafes, close to Mexico Park and public transit, etc. The area itself is away from most direct Roma nightlife, but the bars are all easy to get to. The apartment I stayed in felt fairly clean, there was hot water for showering, clean towels, and the kitchen was spotless. Good natural light and darkening shades as well. Good communication from management before my trip as well. Onsite staff is kind and does their best to help. Easy check out process (helps that the lock is a Smart Lock), totally hands free which I appreciated. Overall a very safe space to stay for the time I was there.

The new management company gave me a faulty code and it took quite a bit to get this fixed so I was locked out of the building for quite some time with no ability to call anyone and no one answering the door for around 40mins. Also, of no fault to the management, the building itself is not very soundproof, so I hear a great deal from the hall and outside, especially during weekends when nightlife is happening. This wasn't too bad as I'm used to this from my travels, but just something to keep in mind. Given the time of year, it was pretty cold in the room, especially when it rained. Overall the place is decent enough for travelers who aren't super picky on residence and can be flexible. If you want a more luxurious stay with ample amenities, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

En Kin Pech se disfruta lo mejor de dos mundos en CDMX : estancias cortas o largas pero puedes vivir como un local. La ubicación es perfecta. Mi apartamento estaba decorado maravillosamente, con utensilios nuevos y de calidad. Baño ultra limpio con regadera que tenía suficiente presión, temperatura regulable. El colchón muy cómodo . Amé el trato que le dieron a mi perrito, todos fueron increíblemente amables con él y conmigo.

Tuve un inconveniente de limpieza que fue atendido de inmediato. En pocas propiedades alrededor del mundo he experimentado una atención tan sincera como aquí, le agradezco mucho a Carlos y al equipo.

Great location and calm. Staff was helpfull and check in time flexible. Nice shared terrace on the rooftop. Clean and nice decorated place.

We did not receive the number of the flat and you need it to find it. We receive the entrance code very late and the wrong WiFi information. I did not see the mentioned hairdryer and we did not find the AC remote control. It would be great to have a mixer in the kitchen.

Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Sonst hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

La atención, cubrieron un requerimiento que pedí que fue una licuadora la cual me la proporcionaron, lo que me encanto fue que como llegue temprano, pudieron darme el cuarto antes, ya que estaba disponible lo que hizo mi estancia mas placentera. en general sus instalaciones buenas y bonitas tal cual las fotografías, te sientes cómodo y en casa.

algo que podría decir que era molesto fue que al cocinar el cuarto se llenaba de humo ya que la ventana al abrirla estorbaba al paso por lo que no la abría del todo bien.

Está bien ubicado, cerca de cosas que hacer y caminando a lugares como condesa, Roma norte e inclusive reforma. Limpio, cómodo, lavandería disponible.

Era verano, llovía frecuentemente y no podia abrir las ventanas por la lluvia, y el aire acondicionado no estaba todavía en funcionamiento. (Está instalado y todo, debe empezar a funcionar pronto)

Pet friendly. Well located for Roma and Condesa. Comfortable bed.

Noisy during the day because there were workers doing repairs outside the room. Door handle to bathroom was broken. Air conditioning unit was not in use.
