Great location. Nice apartments.

Exterior lights were super bright and no way to black out the bedroom. Apt 10. Shower lacked pressure and not much hot water.

Staff non existent. Terrible apartment layout. Very narrow door from the street to enter the property. Depressing decor. Very tiny stairway from bedroom and bathroom to access kitchen and salon. We stayed only one night and made arrangements to switch Property for an additional fee. Our stay was for a total of five nights.

The bed was very comfortable The shower is small but good. The building is very attractive

Kitchen is disaster for preparing a quick meal. The coffee maker is missing parts so it does not work. the pots and pans are burnt and the very cheepest quality. You cannot drink when water because it comes from the truck and you give two of the smallest water bottles.the TV comes on then goes right off. You could have let me know that they were delivering. The driver said that he turned it off to pass but then I got a shower going up the stairs. You gave me the wrong room number and charged me for a service animal. And did not ask for my paper work. But said no. I was desperate for a room at the last minute. So I waited at Ban Norte and made deposit. And then you said that I did not pay I wish that you donate that 50 dollars to charity because you made that mistake and I did what I had to do to have a place to sleep. And than you said that I did not pay. If you are the owner then you need a manager if you are the manager than your owner should know. Again on a positive the bed was great and the building is beautiful. .

The property is well located in Roma Sur. Many neighborhoods can be reached by foot.

Everything is very small, smaller than it looks like on the pictures and it felt a bit like being in a cage. Sun light barely entered the rooms and it was a bit cold at night and in the morning. The Walls are poorly isolated so you hear your neighbors. Kitchen equipment is very poor, there is no towel and no area to store dishes while drying. The bin was so small we did not use it at all instead had to use an open trash bag. The door lock seemed to be broken so it did not feel 100% safe. The laundry machine in the common area can be used with your own detergent but dryer had a sign that it is broken so we went to an external laundromat.

it only lacks an italian coffee maker or a french press for the ones who appreciate real coffee 😉

I had a larger room the first time, we were with 3 and had a living room. It was less noisy because of that. Now the front door was in my room and it’s more noisy
