Inside was clean and tidy Lovely apartment shame about the surroundings

Beds very uncomfortable in main bedroom. Outside the front door bags of rubbish from neighbours, with smelly nappies in. Stairs were disgusting and smelt of urine. Parking and surrounding areas, rats dead and alive 🤢

Street was noisy, but England were playing in euros so prob not always like that

The apartment was spotless with good facilities. Wifi is the best we have encountered super easy to connect and fast! Bathrooms were great. 10-15 minute walk to a variety of pubs, cafes and into centre of Southampton is handy.

For the price there were very limited supplies in kitchen. Perhaps some cooking oil and milk could be included. Some fans for bed rooms as it was warm when we stayed and apartment was not well ventilated. Perhaps some better directions about using exhaust fans in bathrooms and that in ensuite the light is on a short movement sensor so the light goes off when you are in the shower and you have to open shower door to make light come on again! Apartment description needs to say it’s on the second floor and you have to carry bags up stairs as that is not clear.

Amazing space, extremely clean and every bed was extremely comfortable. Looks better than the pictures also the underground parking was extremely beneficial and safe!

Perfect location for early morning ferry and beautifully presented.

Management was very responsive, easy to work with and the apartment was as expected.

The location is 10+ mins walk away from restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Not a problem unless it's raining.

Location ideal for our trip to cruise terminal. Close to Oxford St for food and drinks.

Too many air fresheners!!!

The location was quite good about 10-15 minute walk to the town.

The hallway and stairs leading upto the apartment were VERY dirty and a very bad smell. The apartment also smelt in the lounge area, it was like a doggy smell.
