after 1 shower at night there was no hot water so 2 of our party had cold showers to bath the kids we hadv to boil the kettle severl times radiator not working in bathroom and ensuite the window in main bedroom was broken and would not shut so drafty all night and could hear all outside lights in second bedroom not working

Tried to call the owner twice and got no reply. Left message but no one came back to me. Not impressed.

Greeted on arrival. Everything we needed to know we were told and if we had any problems we knew who to contact. Lovely spacious apartment which is brilliant for families also very clean. Lovely short walk to the centre and local shops close by.
