The property was cluttered and did not meet the standard of a serviced apartment. It appeared to have been recently vacated, with cupboards and storage areas filled with personal belongings, including under the beds. This made it difficult to use the space properly—we were unable to find basic items like a chopping board due to the clutter. Additionally, the coffee provided was stale, and there was no hand soap supplied. At $350 per night, there are reasonable expectations for cleanliness, organisation, and basic amenities, which were not met.
