Property is cute

When we got back at c.2300/2330 therefore not especially late and we were in an electric car therefore not noisy, nor were we personally making a noise. A gentleman in the upstairs window of the property next door (not sure if the host) was staring at us continuously. He would’ve have known that we saw him staring. It was very unsettling and quite creepy. The property is cute, but tight on space (not sure how it complies with Building Regs) and those of us who are tall need to stoop a bit.

Great location, absolutely gorgeous house and had all the facilities we needed.

Money has obviously been spent on doing the property up to a high level & it was clean & comfortable.

the stairs to the mezzanine are extremely steep & I could not stand up in the "bedroom" resulting in me crawling from the top of the stairs to get into bed - not a good look.

Fun little property excellently decorated and furnished 2 very nice local pubs round the corner one with Indian restaurant on the side part of the pub

Nothing to dislike

Love the interior and cleanliness was perfect

The garden was very nicely kept, lots of beautiful lighting in the evening, the house was immaculate, the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Very quick to respond when I had an issue with the Internet and sorted it within minutes. The bed is very comfortable and I slept so well. The shower was great. The property is petite and quirky. The hosts left condiments and water in the fridge, all utensils were clean. I noticed a washing machine so for longer stays perhaps this is usable (I was only staying for one night). I took my dogs on a short walk, as directed by the hosts, and we enjoyed the beautiful local scenery. I didn't find anywhere suitable for an off lead run, there is livestock in the fields we went through so please be wary if taking dogs out and about when staying.

There was a knob missing from the oven so one hob wasn't available, and there looked like a small leak on the shower (where the hose connects) but neither affected my stay. A small shelf in the bathroom would have been useful. But all very minor points, I wouldn't say I "didn't like" these.
