Remodeled nicely Location and parking good

*Front porch was not very clean. *Needs more towels *Placemats *At least one more comfortable chair to watch TV. Sofa is too small.

Perfect location. Great, clean & comfortable home.

Doesn't allow animals. We would stay at this location every time we visit our son at UF (which is approx every 5-6wks), but unfortunately, it doesn't allow animals. When my husband joins us, our dog also comes. Therefore, we need accommodations that allow animals. Otherwise, it is the perfect place for us.

Perfect place, really clean, modern furniture and excellent appliances. TV in living room and every bedroom. It has everything you could possibly need, including dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and etc. Also provided shampoo conditioner, hand soaps and shower gel. Fully stocked on extra towels, linens and etc. The road is quiet and the walk to UF is a nice short walk. Even shorter walk to Publix (grocery) and some other stores as well. The complex is quiet and well kept. It also had a front and back porch seating area. Front porch is covered and feels private. I came down to Gainesville for PhD residency requirements and will be back again for same reason and I will stay at this place. Hosts are great at communicating, very kind and go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and have everything you need. Has free WiFi. Great value. I highly recommend this place.

Location close to UF Apartment was clean and modern
