Serene Place - Walk to UF , Free Parking , Kitchen

The location was perfect. Very short walk to Publix, coffee shops, restaurants and the university. Absolutely loved having an outdoor patio and a fire pit to sit at at night with lights hanging above. Very comfortable beds, lavender spray in the bedroom, nice modern shower with energizing body wash (it just wakes you up!), washer and dryer were so helpful to have, parking right next to your door. Two types of coffee and filters, plenty of dishes and kitchen tools. We even used the brochures on the desk for a local park. Oh, and we were greeted by a beautiful display of flowers on the dining room table, that really made it feel like a home away from home.

I liked everything, but I wouldn't mind a few tiny extra things: a retractable shade over the front door window since it's on the first floor, a little rack to hang your coats by the door, an extra bathroom mat... But everything was so good, and the host was so kind, helpful and responsive. Those are just suggestions! It felt like our own home, and like you'd go get some little things you need for your home!

Good location next to the university. Perfect home appliances. Kitchen is marvelous.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It is also a walkng distance to UF. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful decor, clean, and easy to access. The apartment had everything someone would need. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had

The host was honest- so I’m not saying anything bad. However, the walls are thin and you can hear every conversation from the other duplex. Again, the HOST did warn us before and during “check-in”, so it’s didn’t come as a surprise to us. Especially since we stayed over night last minute after a Gators game.
