Great location and really close to city centre and all transport links.

We found there were some issues about items missing which would be expected. No teatowel and had to wait for cleaner to arrive with supplies. Also no plug for bathroom sink which didn't arrive... Lack of information about how to operate cooker ( email telling switch on wall wasn't appreciate d), TV ( couldn't get normal TV programmes at all) or heating instructions. 2nd bedroom had no hanging space or draws and no mirror. Also despite being a flat for 6 there was limited saucepans and had to cook in batches and no facilities to have a meal other than on our laps. Other than that all was good.

Property was immaculate and very spacious, everything looked brand new and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed having all the appliances in the kitchen area for making your own food, helps to save on eating out so much !!!

Manuals for working the appliances would have been helpful, as we were from Canada we were not familiar on how to use some of the appliances (icons) so we had to look them up on the internet - sort of funny. UK is a little different with power outlets having to be turned on and a big red wall button that was for the boiler ( stood at the shower for 10 minutes wondering how to turn the fancy power box on ). Big Red buttons normally mean do not touch over here :) but just some funny differences when you go to a different country

Top-Location close to the pedestrian zone. Very clean and cosy appartment. Quiet surrounding as flat was directed to the inner courtyard.

No elevator in the house. Appartment was located on second floor. Area in front of the appartment-door was dirty - sorry to say.

We were not sure what to expect but we really loved Dundee and the location was great. We were anxious about parking but Gellatly car park was really close, with plenty of space and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the coffee and the staff at Henry's and the discount cards made it really good value. The apartment is well equipped and quiet.

Location was excellent, cleanliness great, facilities modern and most things felt like they were new.

The seagulls were very noisy. There is nothing the proprietor could do about that though. More information about the key fob to enter main building could be included in the good pre-arrival information.
