Commercial Street Residence

The apartment was stylish, comfortable and right in the heart of the city. As a family of 6 with four little ones this place was perfect.

Nice and spacious, clean and well equipped. Loved listening to the pigeons outside!

Info re lock box is out of date, there are four lock boxes and two others have black covers! No explanation that you cannot drive on the street of the flat, although parking is close we thought we’d be able to drop our luggage on the way to parking!

It was really central, nicely decorated, so comfortable and generally really lovely! We were a family with 3 kids (12, 7 & 6) and found it was perfect for us.

There wasn’t really anything we’d change, it was really suited to all our needs.

Blackout blinds, nicely decorated, warm & cosy! Perfect place for dance mums to crash on a busy competition weekend. Less than 3 minutes from the Caird Hall, will be booking again for future events in Dundee.

The apartment was centrally located was spotlessly clean and all the equipment you need for a fee days away. Couches and beds very comfortable. I would say that it is not big enough for 6 adults but for us is was excellent

The boiler in the cupboard starts making a racket at 6.10am thus waking us up. Perhaps this could be amended. The instructions say flay is flat E but there are 2 flats E so we ended up trying to get in the wrong one. There needs to.be instructions for TV as you cannot just turn it on for the normal.chanels when i asked for advice about it was told you can get them not really helpful. however it is great that you have Netflix etc
