The property was modern and i loved the kitchen. Location was good.

The property needs a deep clean (mainly cobwebs and skirting boards) and the property did smell (had to keep the windows open all the time in the bedroom). I think it’s a combination of using a hoover that needs the filter washing/ bag changing, a bit of a damp and doggy smell. The small outside area also needs a good clean. I get that people don’t want to invest in really decent stuff when renting a property out but just a couple of other bits to add- pans were not non stick, scissors need replacing, Tv is tiny in the living room and was very temperamental.

the location is amazing and the house is very modern and cosy,we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider rebooking for a future stay,thank you so much 😀 the waters

Excellent location.

Floors unclean, grimey and floors and skirtings generally in need of a deep clean. Walls marked throughout the property. Cellar spiders and cobwebs in most corners of the property. Damp smell throughout the property. Cold in the evenings in the property, despite the summer months. Uncomfortable sofa which was also damp, smelt damp and fusty and had debris on it. Shower room has a black mould issue. Small TV in the lounge (not as advertised in the photos). TV remote for the bedroom TV was crawling with mites. Would benefit from a deep clean, new sofa and freshen up of the paintwork. Parking rarely available outside the property and the property itself is situated on a very steep hill.

We only had 1 towel each for the week stay. I didn't think that was enough as there is no washing machine. Also maybe some basics like salt pepper sugar coffee etc would have been good. The flat had nothing at all we had to buy everything.

We had two dogs a garden would have been perfect No heating or hot water the last morning
