Fabulous little piece of heaven

We used it as a base to look around the area on our bike and it was ideal and very peaceful.

It was just fine nothing to dislike.

Very modern and clean caravan.

The location of the property was ok

It wasn’t very clean, lots of grease and dirty dishes on the cupboards. Washer didn’t work. Patio wasn’t the tidiest (someone’s sock was left behind along with some blueberries on the patio). Hot water kept going off, and boiler hasn’t been serviced for a couple of years. There was a sharp metal sticking out of the toilet handle, my husband caught his hand and cut it. The owner of the property was extremely rude and would not recommend have any dealings with. We were traveling by car for 10 hours and arrived 2 hours earlier from the check in. There was a lady in the property she came outside snd i asked her if this is the right address and where we could park a car to go stretch our legs, i am 7 months pregnant and we had a dog and two young children. When we came back, two hours later, after exploring the lake, there was no key left but all doors open, so we entered as were extremely tired. When i messaged the owner she was extremely rude and didn’t offer the key i had to ask for it. Accused us for checking in early even tho we only parked and wondered off (would be impossible do so as cleaning lady were there anyway). The whole stay was ruined before it even started.

Location was great. Nice caravan. Clean.

Very poor communication. Could not contact prior to check in. Heaters were not working. Washing machine was not working. No wifi. On the second day we managed to contact and we were told heating was fixed but it was not. Wifi was available the second day. Washing facilities only at the common area of the site, we were told.
