Loved location, being near the water for swims and walks. Beautiful surroundings, and nice sized park. Not too busy. Dog friendly. Welcomed by a nice man who showed us around. Initial contact prompt and helpful. Great caravan, lots of room. Nearly perfect.

Unfortunately, a member of the family running it uses a quad bike and plays on it at the back of the caravan park. We were right next to the area. Two hours of it on the first night, which for us, ruined the peace.. bird song to revving engine repeating a loop was not our taste. Had to say something, the second day was quieter. I was told i was the only one to ever complain and that the person has been driving it around for many years, without prior issues. I do recommend the place, but expect a bit of this noise, particularly if you're at the far end. Although we had the best location for a view, i would go the opposite side to avoid the potential noise, or ask in advance if this might happen. Unless it doesn't bother you to hear it.

Caravan in good order and very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are lovely, and plenty of options for walking. The site was also very quiet and the other residents friendly.

Great views, best Caravan in the park in our opinion. Loads of nature trails. The caravan was very clean and mostly had everything we needed. No stores on site but local garage/shop (15min drive) has loads.

Need to bring your own towels (common for a lot of caravans, but annoying all the same). The site was mostly quiet which is great for us. There was wildlife either birds or squirrels early in the morning scratching the roof (sounds loud from inside the caravan). Didn't bother anyone else in the family and if you are a morning person won't bother you either.

Very smart interior, heating and lots of hot water for rinsing off after swimming in Loch Long which was only 5 minutes walk away

The washing machine seemed to not switch on unless we removed the fuse and then put it back. Then it started and worked fine. It would be useful to give some instructions for the machine I had to look up on the Internet.

Upon booking, instantly received information about the property, directions and other key details which was a nice touch. We found the property EXACTLY as it was described and how it is shown in the photos. The property was very clean when we got there. Absolutely everything you need is available at the property. Every message I sent was responded to very quickly and professionally. Any requests were also fulfilled very quickly. Ardnetinny beach is only 5-10 mins walk. Pucks glen is only a 20 minutes drive Loch Goil is around 45 minute drive. The drive to the property is also beautiful and very scenic. Would highly recommend anyone thinking about booking this place, to just do it. You won’t regret it! Everything was 10/10!

On description its says Wifi connection available but very poor connections. There was a Washing machine but not working one. The outside deck is very slippery and had couple of falls already😔😔. Would have been better if the deck been clean or put a notice.Tried to contact owner for wifi password but no answers. Would have been better if put a note about how things are working, instructions, shops etc. Because you can't Google it as poor net work. Overall not neutral experience.

Very modern, although the beds are fairly small but because its on a caravan so thats understandable. Overall, we liked it very much.

Location is secluded and if you want to buy something its really outside very far. The road is really small as well. That is all.

Scenery and location was fabulous.

It was so easy to book/communicate with the host and would highly recommend 😊…..we were given information on how to gain access within an hour of booking and what a lovely place it was …..the beach is just a 10 minute walk away through a lovely little forest 🌳 alongside the caravan
