Cozy brand new beach house - 2 mins to the beach

I liked all of the house and everything inside. It was modern and clean.

There was a knob on the stove that was broken and the back to the remote was missing. I would have liked that declared before I arrived. I also could not communicate with property manager to have access to the wifi. What they listed for me to gain access was not the correct information.

Good, only thing we didn’t like was that someone came banging on the door saying “cleaning service” and we didn’t ask for that also had to call the cops for that reason because they came back banging again also washers were not working and the owner of the beach house wasn’t answering my calls/emails and messages.

It was quiet and clean. Great location, only 20 minutes from the more secluded public access to the beach, the house is bigger than expected.

Huge wasp nests on the back porch and tucked in the porch stair railing, dirty underwear left on back porch from previous guest, oh and there is a serious sugar ant infestation...had to put all of our food in Ziploc bags or in fridge. We cleaned up ants multiple times and I killed ants while making coffee and meals. It was annoying. The tankless hot water heater produces hot water for 13 seconds and that's it. That was...not fun.

Beds weren’t overly comfortable. Washing machine was mouldy (I cleaned it as I needed to do laundry) and clothes dryer didn’t work.

The house was very clean, with cozy home-like interior. All the appliances we used worked perfectly fine. There were no complaints to a/c, running water, linen. The location is perfect - quiet around the house, and pretty loud and fun in walkable distance - for those who like to go out. The owner responds very quickly and is very cooperative. We highly recommend this house.

That we had to leave

It was a very pretty house on the inside.

The yard was not mowed the grass was so tall it was leaning over into the walkway when entering the property. There was ants in the bathroom and by the stove when we woke up the next morning. No food was in either area. The beds were very uncomfortable had to purchase an air mattress to be able to sleep. I’m guessing they have a temperature lock on the thermostat for the property we couldn’t keep it cooled off.
