Payment of parking that was not mentioned when I was making a booking. For me to get remotes for TV and air conditioner, I had to leave my ID or drivers license at the reception.

No dishes inside the rooms, TV remote are not working properly. There is no sink in the room...you wash your dishes in the bathroom basin.

The rooms are big enough

The staff was friendly.

We booked our Accommodation early in the year. When we arrived there, we were told that the venue is fully booked and that we must call Booking.com to cancel and be refunded. While waiting at the front desk, we noticed that there were more than 5 people who had the same problem.

Nothing.

The hotel contacted us on the day of our booking (reserved in 7 months prior) to state that they had a bookings.com 'glitch' and did not have space for us. I believe this was because it was a high demand weekend due to the comrades marathon and they realised they could get a higher rate from last minute walk in bookings as accommodation in the city was limited. Be very careful of booking at this hotel.

Spacious room, microwave and Refrigerator.

I didn't like the compulsory policy for quests to submit their original I'D or Driver's licence to be kept by the administrator just in order to access the TV and air-conditioning.
