They overbooked and we had to fight for them to get us another hotel

They don’t issue invoice despite being requested at check out and also via messages

The front deskooks like decent place, but the actual rooms looks like a brothel. 1. The bed was like a sinking hole 2. There were patches on the walls 3. Windows handles broken, had to sleep on an unlocked window 4. When showering, water coming out of the shower then to the toilet 5. The horrible part was when we had to check in, the told that BOOKING. COM had overbooked but in actual fact they were bidding for highest prices and cancel our bookings that were done three weeks prior. It was a couple of us that they wanted to scam.

No false advertising, the place was bueatiful and clean as advertised, same location as on the booking app. Good location. Good service.

I was not happy because I was lost my top at my room

The location was good

There were renovations in the building and in the room that I booked so I felt uncomfortable with the smell of the paint and there was no soap

The stuff needs to own up to for any parking space. I can not be running around looking parking space coz in the premises it's fully occupied. Also the show was leaking badly to the floor. I had to mop after finishing shower. The bathroom window can not be closed it's old. Lastly I had to pay to get parking in the opposite bayside hotel and for remotes (tv & aircon).

They can do better for that money
