Casa tipo tradicional, con todo lo necesario. Muy cómoda y bien ubicada. Puedes dejar el coche en la misma puerta. No tuvimos contacto directo con el personal (se agradece por no tener que depender de horarios) Nos atendió a través del chat y nos solucionó muy rápido lo que necesitamos.

Excellent location in the heart of town but on a quiet road. Ideal for taking in the atmosphere and visiting nearby sights/restaurants.

It was beautiful in every way visually. So very clean as well.

I didn’t know the bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs and the stairs were quite steep and narrow by American standards and no hand rail. This is normal for Japan but important to note in case you can’t do stairs. The home was very techie too. Which was great but also challenging for the technical challenged like me lol.

整個就是像當地人住在當地的感覺！ 整個很復古還有冷暖氣，環境也打掃的很乾淨，門口還可以停一部車，在高山再也找不到比這個地方更好的了！

It's a brand new (refurbished) Japanese style house very well located in Takayama Central! It's managed by a professional hotel administration and therefore almost everything we needed was available.

The check-in process was quite annoying! We took almost 20 minutes to get into the house, since the pin to open the key box is just provided after you complete the process. As we were a group of four people, all of us had to fill up a form, present passports, which was by the way the most annoying part of the process, since the reader took a while to accept the passport. In addition to that we had to use a Japanese style keyboard (not QWERTY) and we even had to record a video of each of the guests. Never had such a long and annoying check-in process in all my travels experiences. Other than that, there were no knives available, for example to spread butter or cut a steak.
