Отличное расположение! Номер скромный, но достаточно чистый, все есть.

Единственное, окна выходят на шумную улицу с ресторанами, поэтому до утра будет шум от разговоров и музыки. Но зато в самом центре.

Location perfect. Lot of restaurants under balcony, live music till 23:00. Nice and clean room.

The host was friendly and welcoming. The room had a great location for a reasonable price. It was nice to have a hairdryer available – a small clothing iron would also be a helpful addition for future guests

The place didn’t really feel like a hotel, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, possibly from moisture or the bathroom. There was only one towel set provided, even though we were two people, and the towel was torn. The balcony also seemed a bit unstable."It might be a good idea to check and fix the power outlets."

We stayed at this rental property for four nights. **Upon check-in on the first day**, we immediately encountered an issue where the key card failed to open the door, resulting in a **30-minute delay** before we could finally access the room. **Upon entering**, we discovered several unacceptable conditions: - **Only half of the curtain** was installed, severely affecting privacy. - The bedsheet had **visible dirty shoe prints**, indicating poor cleanliness. After reporting these issues to the host, we only received **the missing half of the curtain and a replacement bedset the following day**. However, **no assistance was provided to install the curtain**, leaving the problem unresolved. Additionally, the **apartment building itself was poorly maintained**, with questionable individuals present, contributing to an overall **unpleasant and uncomfortable stay**. Given these issues, we are extremely dissatisfied with the accommodation and expect appropriate resolution or compensation.

The room is in a very central location, and it was pleasant to go out for a walk. Easy check-in, collected the keys from the restaurant on the ground floor. The price/value ratio was okay.

It was very loud at night, we thought there won't be noise after 11pm, yet even after 12 we could hear music

Very very noisy, impossible to sleep next to maybe the busiest street of the city. Would not recommend it.
