The street is very loud and the windows barely isolate. Check in introductions were not clear and had to ask around to find the place

The location and the host were good

+ Location is convenient in terms of reach. It is in the historical city centre and well interconnected. A lot of restaurants and shops around as well as tourist attractions and services. + Price is not cheap on the absolute scale but at the lower end of the cheapest segment, it is ok for the conditions + Hosts are welcoming and polite but in practice not very helpful (see point on heating) + Good bathroom and toilet + You do not have to pay in advance + The hosts were so kind to allow early check-in free of charge as an exception

- Location is awful in terms of noise and crowds. Different music is blaring at the same time from the speakers in multiple restaurants right below your window. Do not even hope to fall asleep until 01:00 in the morning. The street is always crowded and full of the promoters from restaurants, it gets pretty annoying very fast. Delivery is never capable of finding the address. - The windows and balcony doors are barely closing, the wind is blowing non-stop. If you are visiting in autumn or winter, there is always a draft also thanks to the apartment door (see below). Batteries are barely warm and the hosts did not solve the issue with freezing temperature in the apartment although asked to do so multiple times. The only thing that is saving is the air conditioner with the heating function. - Hosts are welcoming and polite but in practice not very helpful (see point on heating) - The area is very safe, but access to the building is not secure and apartment door barely holds. Plus the lock is in a very poor state. The wind is always blowing below the door. - You are heard and you hear everything and everyone behind the walls and the doors. - The building is a mess, it is so crooked (but very clean). The floors are not even closely straight or even. - The apartment is very small, it does not look like on the pics. - There is no kitchen (but this is clearly communicated in the description, so I do not count it as negative) - There is no basic household things like a knife or bottle opener - Wi-fi is not stable

Erekle 8 is a charming apartment situated in the heart of Tbilisi, ideally located near all major tourist attractions.
