Bentota No 1

Eine aussergewöhnliche Architekten-Villa , die von Grösse, Architektur und Inneneinrichtung aussergewöhnlich ist und in jeder Beziehung einmalig. Die Vorderfront lässt sich komplett aufschieben und Wohnbereich und Park verschmelzen. Die Wirkung der Räume und die eigens entworfenen Möbel rücken die Villa in die Richtung eines Gesamtkunstwerkes ( ich bin kein Architekturkritiker, aber hier kommt man ins Schwärmen). Faktisch eigener Koch, Butler und Servicekräfte sind permanent dienstbereit da. Ein Luxus, wie kein Sterne-Hotel bieten kann. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück trifft man sich mit den anderen Gästen praktisch nicht. Am eigenen Anleger starten je nach Gusto alle Wassersportaktivitäten ( Safari, paddeln, Wasserski, Bananaboot, Jetski was auch immer). Kaum jemand wird derartigen Luxus bei sich zuHause haben. Einsamer sauberer Strandabschnitt.

Garden, pool and big beach

Naprosto úžasné!!! Krásné místo, dlouhý a každý den čistý bazén, ubytování i jídlo bylo naprosto vyjímečné!!! Hned za vilou je moře, kde se dá koupat a pláž byla naprosto úchvatná. Celé místo je hlídané, je tu naprosté ticho a klid. My jsme měli štěstí, že jsme tu byli úplně sami a o to víc si to mohli v klidu užívat. Nic vám tu nebude chybět. Jídlo, veškeré pití a každodenní úklid pokoje. Místní personál pro vás udělá vše, co vám na očích vidí. Travice byl báječný člověk, se kterým si skvěle popovídáte, a který se nám osobně věnoval po celou dobu pobytu, což bylo úžasné. Ale nerada bych opomenula i další personál, kterým jsme dali soukomé přezdívky Honda, Plukovník a Účetní :-) Snad si to přečtou, protože se v tom jistě najdou a pobaví je to. Všichni byli skvělí a milí, což by se dalo říct o lidech ze Srí Lanky obecně. Jednou se sem rádi vrátíme!

Nothing at all!

The property is amazing and huge. We had a villa to ourselves and it was tranquil and private. The river and beach were on either side of the property which was quiet and convenient. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the food was just amazing. We would definitely book this place again when visiting sri lanka.

The villa is so beautiful and big. Nicely designed. The staff are amazing. I was sick for a few days and was well taken care of by staff, especially Travice, who checked up on me and helped me get better. So much appreciated. The food was nice and location was beautiful. Very recommend. The service was very good and personal. We felt very welcomed.

Tolles Personal.

Beautiful architectural spacious villa. Quiet, felt like we had the whole place to ourselves as the second villa was place back from ours, so only need to be in contact if you want to. Plus views exceptional, with beautiful gardens, view of the river and the most beautiful beach on the other side. Kamal and Tony take care of everything, from aranging and serving great meals in the villa prepared by the lovely chef, to providing Tuk Tuk for visits to Bentota town. And finally the very pleasant security guard, who took care of the villa and from a discrete distance even made sure that we were 100% safe when we were on the beach! Really couldn’t ask for more!

Not a lot. A few things need updating, wear and tear etc. The lock on the bedrooms need replacing, even when locked the doors just push open.
