Very well equipped and spacious property. Comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing location

There was a continuous buzzing in the hall. The WiFi was not good.

Collecting the key from a dark and dingy location The smell of damp in the kitchen and bathrooms. This made being in the apartment unpleasant.

The location is amazing and the apartment is very spacious. For 4 friends, the 2 bathrooms were very handy. Everything was clean and the heating worked well, while windows were able to be opened if needed. Great central location with access to everything in York city centre. About a 15 minute walk from the train station. Shambles is literally behind the apartment building. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely return if we stayed in York again. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs somewhere to stay while visiting York. There's a Tesco express just up the road which was handy for a grocery shop. Toiletries were provided too. Beds were comfy. There's the obvious noise from city centre nightlife but it didn't bother us much or ruin our stay. It also didn't go on all night long.

2 very minor things which arent deal breakers at all...Lack of a smart TV. We are 4 friends who stayed here and we aren't the type to be out all night so more options on the tv would have been great. This would be a great upgrade for the place and make it perfect for people who aren't in York to party / families. The temperature gauge on the en-suite shower is a bit stiff -just making you aware it might need a bit of wd40. Had to use a towel to get a grip of it to turn so it wasn't way too hot.

Perfect position, very spacious, clean, warm. Spot on. Minutes walk to the Minster or The Shambles.

The location was superb. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of storage. The sitting room has large windows giving great views of the bustling street below.

Owing to the incredibly central location you do have a trade-off with noise at night. We listened to loud live music from the pub opposite until about 11:30. It was fine for us, but wouldn’t have been ideal when the children were younger.

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent customer service. The layout of the apartment was interesting with the kitchen and living area a few steps down from the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space.

Blinds in the bedroom had to be closed for privacy which meant the room was dark all of the time, otherwise could see straight in off the busy street / cafe across the road
