3 The Kings in the heart of York

Location is good, right in the city centre, flat is very big and comfortable for 4 people.

It's very loud outside, so if you have trouble sleeping in loud environments, you might want to find somewhere quieter. Could have been a bit cleaner, there was quite a bit of dust in the surfaces of the furniture.

Location and space in apartment. Bedrooms beautiful.

Couldn't close door in smaller bedroom. No hand rail in shower cubicle.

Location couldn't have been better. The apartment itself was exactly as promised, amenities were great, space was excellent and it was a comfortable base of operations in York for my family.

The heat was stifling. It could have been improved by a ceiling fan or the windows opening, but without either, nights were extremely uncomfortable and that put a damper on the whole experience.

Having to remember to press boost button in cupboard for shower as set times not convenient

Located right in the the shambles and surrounded by the old shops, bakeries and bars... The music drifting in during the days from the street performing artists as you watch the day go by Spacious living room was perfect for kids and adults to enjoy themselves

Nothing wrong at all

Amazing location right in the city centre of York. Was brilliant for nipping back with shopping or to use the facilities. The apartment is large, has everything you could need including lots of fluffy white towels. Really nice modern decor. Two lovely bathrooms. Was provided with tea, coffee and sugar. The host Gemma from City Lets was superb! Answered any questions or queries straight away and was quick to provide us with fans for some unusually hot weather. Couldn’t ask for more and would not hesitate to rebook! It’s a lot nicer than the photos too!

It really was brilliant but the mattresses are starting to age and springs are uncomfortable. Memory foam topper would just make everything perfect.

The third floor location was tough as one of my family has mobility problems- my fault to not ask
