Well stocked, great location and lovely feel!

Absolute gem! Only minor - master bedroom- mattress was quite soft. Perhaps a replacement is needed soon.

Brilliant stay her with my Family for a long weekend. The property is a great size and well maintained, it was very clean with good facilities. The location was perfect, very central and nothing was more than a 5- 10 minute walk away which was perfect as we had two young children with us. I would definitely recommend and would love to return.

steep staircase not suited for people with mobility problems

The location was right in the middle of York. It was magical to look over Kings Square and the merry-go-round. Also, the accommodation was very spacious.

There was a smell in the living area, that suggested there was an issue with damp. Also, the freezer was completely frozen over.

Lovely flat, spacious, tasteful decor, comfortable beds and seating. Light and yet cosy with a lot of character. Well equipped for self catering, everything that we required.

Unfortunately the secondary glazing for the bedrooms was under my bed and not attached to the windows. The location is excellent, because of that it is noisy throughout the night from people leaving clubs, pubs etc and the bin collection started at 5.30 for the restaurants, shops etc. I had decided to sleep in the lounge for the remainder of the stay if ear plugs failed in the 2nd night. The lounge which had secondary glazing intact was much much quieter. Ear plugs worked well enough for the rest of the stay. If the secondary glazing was fixed I would give it a 9.

it was such a central location and excellent size property

The carpets were stained and the level of cleanliness was very very poor. The flat felt tired and in need of some tlc!The freezer was completely frozen with ice- the drawers were frozen shut so we couldn’t use it! Unfortunately because the location was so close to pubs and the shambles that it’s almost impossible to have a nights sleep that wasn’t broken by noise in the early hours and also at 6am (bakeries delivery and shambles market set up)

This was our second visit of 2022 first came in March, and on both occasions this property was the perfect base for our weekend away, the location is ideal for all activities and with the added bonus of the Christmas Markets this it was the perfect setting for us.

Nothing is to dislike about this property, we will 100% be back for a third visit.

secondary glazing broken in bedrooms and under bed therefore extremely noisy all night ..people shouting till 3am then delivery trucks under windows from 4am

Very central location, very spacious, comfortable sofa sitting area, 2 bathrooms,great property for people watching lots of windows,well appointed on the whole.

Lots of stairs to get to apartment. cheap mattresses which were very uncomfortable for us. the secondary double glazing was missing from the bedrooms making it quite noisy late at night and early with lots of deliveries etc, en suite fan was stuck on so needed to be switched off on the isolater which was very high up, Very dirty under bed,couple of light bulbs need replacing,freezer was so badly frosted couldn't open the drawers.
