3 The Kings in the heart of York

Very nice property in the centre of York, close to everything, clean and well equipped.

Being central it is VERY noisy early morning as there is a loading bay outside where lorries unload from 5.30am and rubbish collection is also very early. The secondary glazing in the main bedroom needs to be reinstalled (it was against the wall in the bedroom) this would help with noise reduction, or take ear plugs. Both beds were very uncomfortable and could to with a mattress topper.

Unfortunately the apartment carpet was dirty toilet was dirty in ensuite. Bed uncomfy the one in second bedroom my son had to cover up springs with spare duvet (which had huge stain on)

central and spacious with good facilities. exactly what you need for a city break

it is a bit noisy in the evenings and mornings. but that is what you would expect from a very central location like this

beautifully situated apartment. clean, spacious and very cosy

sadly they let themselves down with cheap mattresses and bedding. I spent both nights on the sofa as I could feel springs in the mattress. no mattress topper or under pillowcases and cheap duvets. the really awful thing was as the apartment was situated in a very public ,pedestrian area there was huge nighttime traffic of people which was to be expected. however the secondary glazing had been removed from the upper window of the sash windows in the bedrooms so the noise was deafening. nobody slept well and this is another reason why I slept on the sofa!

Plenty of space and nicely furnished. close to all main sights

Location was very noisy until about 5am after clubs had closed. we did not realise how busy York has become on weekend nights

Our first time staying at this apartment but it won't be the last. The location is incredible. Could not be more central. The apartment is beautiful. Well appointed. Clean. Spacious. Outstanding.
