The location of the apartment was fantastic, very central. Nice and clean, everything we needed was there.

The kettle could do with replacing due to broken lid apart from that absolutely nothing.

The location was fantastic. We loved watching the people on the streets. The apartment was also much larger than it looked on the photos. It was clean and the facilities were perfect. The decor is modern yet cozy at the same time. We had a great few days in York.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. It would benefit from a topper.

The location of this apartment couldn’t be better! It is right in the middle of everything and it was really handy to pop back to for a quick rest or to drop off shopping bags. We parked at Q-Park Shambles and it was just a short walk away. The apartment is really nice, lovely large windows (that you can open which we found helpful when we were too hot). The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely and well equipped with everything you need. We spoke to Kim and Sharon from CityLets during our stay and they were both absolutely wonderful, very helpful and kind which went a long way. Thank you!

- Beds in our opinion are very uncomfortable, they were bouncy and we could feel the springs, definitely need upgrading - Not a dislike, but more for others to be aware of that it is very central and so it can be very noisy early morning. The secondary glazing does help with this but you can still hear what’s going on outside.

The location is exceptional! We really loved how convenient this property is, right in the middle of York and close to the Shambles Market. We were so glad we could stop by at this place if we were tired or our parents felt cold after a sightseeing trip (since we came in winter). The apartment is really cozy, the appliances and furniture are new and very overall our stay was very comfortable. There is a really beautiful view of the sunrise visible from the apartment as well.

Nothing to say here, everything was perfect about this place and would totally recommend anyone coming with a family to stay here! Only thing we had a little trouble is, there was some central timer for the heating system, on our first day of stay it timed out and we did not see the heating working. After a while we figured out how to restart the timer in the living room, after which it started heating up the place again.

Lovely decor, presented well, good shower, clean everywhere. Everything you could want and need. Great location as it’s right in the centre of everything, only reservation is it’s noisy at night because you are so close to everything, but that’s the price you pay for city centre location.

Just the noise at night, but you know what you’re walking into when you choose a city centre property so not really a moan, just an advisory for others that this would bother.

The entrance all the way up to the 3rd floor had an awful smell about it, we had to cover our noses until we was in our apartment. It would have been nice to have a slightly later checkout, but we didn’t even think to ask. Oh and there were no shelves in the fridge!!!

Fabulous location, great for people watching in between sightseeing. lively bedrooms and ample living space.

Lounge and kitchen areas have very high ceilings and whilst aesthetically pleasing, made the room difficult to heat up. There are several heaters however with unrestricted use and throws on the sofas. once heated through it was lovely.
