OMI stayed at this property for a week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Initially, I encountered an issue with the water heater in my apartment. However, the property management team was very responsive and quickly arranged for a change to a better apartment. They were incredibly kind and always eager to support their guests, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The new apartment had a very nice view, and its location was just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and major attractions. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. excellent service, a great view, and a convenient location.”
The carpet was a bit dirty, the bed size was very small for a couple, and there were no hangers available in the room

IEBed linen was nice and clean.
The cleanliness of the apartment The only bin in whole place was in kitchen none in bathrooms. No air con was extremely stuffy. No instructions on how to use TV or any of the appliances. No wardrobe. Balcony wasn’t clean and windows were very dirty.
AUIt was very well set out either plenty of room to relax in a great location. The pedestal fan was a great addition as it got quite warm in the apartment even though it was cold outside.
The laundry really smells of damp and it could do with a clothes horse to help dry clothes and a corkscrew The pillows were the worse ever and a queen bed would be better
ZAIt was modern, spotless clean, had everything you needed and great views.
GBWas all made very easy for me. Spoke to lovely members of staff and felt all the more comfortable for it.
Nothing not to like. Beautiful appartment, with beautiful views. 10/10
