OMThe property is amazing and better than the pictures. It is located in prime location near by crown plaza hotel 10 mins walking to Liverpool city center. The river view was spectacular. The apartment include all the body care needed and fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, as well as the washing machine. The team were very supported and kind. This apt will be my first choice if I visit Liverpool again
The bed size was a bit small for couple to sleep in. Also, there is no hangers on the clothing hanging rack.
GBThe location was perfect, and the view was simply stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very attentive. Definite air of luxury about the furnishings.
These are just suggestions to enhance the apartment. We thought it was odd that there were no coat hangers. We had smart clothes that needed hanging up, so we had to buy some. When we arrived, the curtains in both rooms were hanging off their runners. This was easily fixed and we reconnected them ourselves, but just a note to management that we noticed it straight away and it detracted from the otherwise faultless look and feel of the apartment when first arriving. The only other addition I would suggest is an ironing board. Everything else was perfect, thank you.
