Estaba sucio. Habían cucarachas. Tuve que pedir que me cambiaran las sábanas, es como si no las hubieran cambiado de los anteriores huéspedes. De hecho, las fundas de las almohadas no las cambiaron. Esperaba mejor calidad para el precio que tiene.

Not worth the deal

They didn’t got me a room and it was overbooked.

The matress was spacious enough and had a side deck for things.

The rooms are not maintained. There was no privacy. The condition of your room was pathetic and washrooms were bad too. There was no amenities that was provided in the washroom, no shower gel, fittings weren't functioning properly. There was leak. No hand wash filled, not cleaned and maintained. For the money, all these might be okay, but the service wasn't really good enough. If service was good from the hotel management, there cud have been some comfort. But that was not good too. By service, I don't mean they were rude or misbehaved. All I mean, the spaces were not kept well and it does effect the travellers. For this, I would have opted out another place. I even had second thoughts on continuing my stay over here.

Nothing

No Towels. Bed bugs in beds. No tea coffee pouch.

Lift was not working .
