The room was not clean. There were cigarettes, a damaged plant, and later we even saw cockroaches on the bed. Because of this I decided to leave and change the hotel. I kindly ask for a full refund, because the room was not clean and not possible to stay in. I have already sent a message, but I did not receive any answer.

"Good for cheap n unclean stay! Value for money for people okay with dirty space."

Location is good.

They didn't give the breakfast even though it was included. Staff were not professional and the bed sheet (stain n dirty) and towel (lipstick marked n hair were all over it) were dirty and previously used.
