Brody Str 13 Studios

Stayed here for two nights and it ticks all the boxes: good location, clear instructions on how to get in, fully equipped kitchen, good bathroom, clean. And then on top of everything, it’s a very homey and beautiful apartment! We stayed in the VINTAGE apartment and the bed is beautiful, along with the dining area which has big windows that open up to the garden area. A little detail I loved was the little dish for your jewellery or keys on the bedside table. We also got some body wash and soap which is always a plus! Book corner is very cute.

Everything was nice as expected.

Cozy lovely studio (named Liberty) on the ground floor of a typical late 19th early 20th century residential building connected to a private patio. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette, TV. Very friendly staff! Good location, in the heart of Pest. Despite the street is full of bars and restaurants, the place is surprisingly quiet, you hear only the birds chirp in the morning. The possibility of self check-in is a plus!

Very dusty bookshelf and under the bed. Batteries were dead in TV remote. Bed frame uncomfortable when exiting as it was in a fairly tight space! Looked bigger on advert pictures!

Everything was great! The facility was fully equipped and very beautiful. The owners were helpful and always responding almost immediately to our messages. The apartment is located in a beautiful block of buildings in a nice area, quite central and close to the bust stop where one gets the bus to go to the airport.

Heating is rarely enough but can be more sufficient. Finding which apartment is mine was difficult due to lack of information. Apartment name should be written by owner into the messege.

The location was great, very close to the market hall, lots of public transport, and a walking distance to the best nightlife area in Budapest. The kitchenette had all amenities necessary for a short stay, including a coffee machine. Check in and check out was easy if you follow the instructions given by the owner. The towels and bedsheets were clean, and overall with the apartment was tidy and clean.

The room was very cold and there was no way to turn on the AC for heating (the remote was working but the AC was not connected to electricity). It was very moist in the room as well, there needs to be some moisture control added as it is a ground floor apartment. The shower was missing a door, so it was impossible to take a shower without water leaking all over the bathroom. Also the shower head was broken and it was leaking from all sides. An exception to the overall cleanliness to the apartment is that some glass had broken there before our stay, and it wasn't completely cleaned up and we ended up getting cuts and finding a lot of pieces of glass all over the apartment, a better inspection of the cleanliness before renting a studio is a must.
