We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. Although the space is small, it is very well organized. The neighborhood is quiet, everything is easily accessible, and the hosts provided clear instructions. The accommodation includes additional information with recommendations for various places – which is a very nice touch. We were welcomed by a clean space, with towels, a hairdryer, a microwave, and everything else that was listed.

Maybe the instructions regarding cleaning and the last day could have been a bit clearer—this is not a complaint, just a note. We informed the host that we had left the key by 10 a.m. and that, as agreed, our belongings would remain in the apartment until 12 p.m., but we didn’t receive a response. We hope that wasn’t a problem :) The only “downside” is that the apartment is tucked away, so in the morning, natural light doesn’t come in for a while—you might accidentally oversleep on the incredibly comfortable bed! :)

The location

The most important thing that needs to be improved is cleanliness. The room smells musty, like mold. There's an extra space in above my room that's full of dust. The bathroom is stuffy, lacks a bath rug, has no shower curtain and is dark. The flush isn't installed properly, it's just slapped on loosely. The door to the back terrace doesn't have a lock.

The location is great! Close to metro and tram stops, also lots of restaurants and shops. The room's decoration was nice and thoughtful (like good spots for hanging your clothes and such). Bed was alright too. Staff was nice and friendly!

Our apartment was dirty when we arrived. Like, sheets were full of hair, trash bags on the floor and towels hanging on the bathroom -kinda dirty. It was very clear that there has not been cleaner at the apartment between guests at all. We had to wait 3 hrs to get it cleaned. Unfortunately even after the cleaning it was clear that the apartment should be cleaned properly with good scrub. Shower is covered on grime and the toilet smelled like urine. There was dust everywhere, the dishes were stained and such. The toilet didn't flush properly and started dripping in second day of our stay. I knew that with this price I could not expect much, but I always want my place to be clean to stay. So here's my suggestion to be better - invest to a proper cleaning. :) and maybe put some cleaning products in the apartment so it can be freshened up with guests themselves too.

The room is really cozy and looks like it was recently renovated. Even if it’s small, we didn’t feel cramped inside. The little terrace was very pleasant. The location is great, very accessible by public transport and there are a lot of little cafes, restaurants and shops on the same street.

Mold in the shower, the terrace had the ashtray full of remains+water and the chairs were dirty, no ventilation in the kitchen - fire alarm was triggered simply from frying meat on the pan even with open terrace doors, a lot of ants got inside on a sunny day, toilet buttons were constantly stuck and the water kept running. A shower curtain and a few hooks for the clothes in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt also

It was difficult to warm up the place, would be nice to have the AC turned on before the guests arrive.

I liked the area, everything is very near. I liked the house, silent, neighbours are nice and polite. The apartment is enough big, I like the style. I really enjoyed it. Especially because long time ago i lived in this house. It was nice to come back.

The apartment is very cold, even the heating was working.

The place is nice and perfect for a short staying, but it has all the essential devices. We had a small issue with the heating but we received immediate support from the host.
