Un estudio triple en un barrio muy céntrico del lado de Pest. A 10 minutos del Astoria, Karavan, Szimpla Kert, y otras zonas de ocio y entretenimiento. La iniciativa de los hermanos de adaptar su antigua casa a estudios es bonita (leeros la historia que os dejan!), y no tuvimos ningún problema con la estancia, todo muy cómodo.

El apartamento no estaba sucio, pero había un par de botellas de plástico y mucho polvo bajo la cama, no olvidarse que ahí también hay que limpiar! :D

Byt je menší než vypadá na fotce, ale je naprosto dostačující a na skvělé lokalitě, ze které se rychle dostanete, jak na metro, tak do centra. V okolí se nachází také spousta obchodů. Majitelé na mé dotazy vždy odpovídali rychle a příjemně.

Jediné mínus, které na ubytování bylo, byla rozbitá lampička vedle postele, jinak bylo vše super, jak už píšu výš. Nutno ještě dodat, že jsem lampičku řešila s majiteli, kteří se o to postarali, takže vše v naprostém pořádku.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört quasi jedes Geräusch aus der Nachbar-Wohnung, die ebenfalls zu den Brody Studios gehört. Während unseres Aufenthalts sind jeweils nachts neue Gäste angereist und somit war es nachts extrem laut und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Auch die Sauberkeit ist nicht wirklich vorhanden. Das Klo und die Klobürste wurden schon länger nicht mehr ordentlich gereinigt und auch ein Duschvorhang fehlt, sodass beim duschen das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser steht. Die Terassentür war nicht abschließbar und die Nachttisch-Lampe lag schon am Anreise-Tag kaputt am Nachttisch.

The location was super connected and the room was very well equipped.

There is no sound proof, so you can hear every sound creak if there's someone staying in the next door room.

A lovely spot in a good location. Stayed in the Vintage apartment. Small but cozy with everything that was needed. Close to many cafes, restaurants and transit. Currated vintage shops and bookstores near by as well.
