Чистота, приємний запах, розташування близько до центру

Дещо холоднувато, навіть попри те що був включений кондиціонер, задувало з вікна; також очікувалось, що кавоварка буде в помешканні з капсулами, але ми мали власну каву, тому тут в нас все окей.
