High Street, 2 bed, newly refurb

Getting in was easy, owner was very communicative

We were a group of 4 girls getting ready for a party and there was only a tiny bathroom mirror above the sink, which was rather annoying!

Good location, everything we needed.

Bit noisy on a Saturday night but this was expected as it’s in the heart of town.

Leamington Spa is a lovely Town.

Parking was horrendous took 3 hours to park, host gave app details to use this was useless! The front doors were a nightmare to unlock and lock. Double beds were more like large singles, furniture was broken, toilet wasn't fixed to the floor and no WiFi details left. Overall very disappointing!

The host was helpful and the property was clean, bathroom and kitchen high spec.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. Noise from bars stopped us sleeping as we needed the windows open because there were no fans.

Need mirrors in the bedrooms as there is only one mirror on the bathroom cabinet

The host was really welcoming and helpful. It was in a great location- many cafés, restaurants and bars around.

Only double beds so not much room. Very basic but adequate.
