High Street, 2 bed, newly refurb

The location was good, apart from parking which is an issue in central Leamington. Kitchen good.

Furniture very basic, did the job but beds not very comfortable. No extras like bedside lights or curtains to keep out light at night.

The flat was compact and very clean. Central for shopping eating etc

The entrance was off putting with a load of junk mail over the floor and mail bundled on the stairs. Once in the flat it was a different situation as it was modern clean and compact. There was a lot of noise from out the back especially from about 4am which is out of the owners control.

Location was good but also very noisy on a Saturday and during Monday night at the back so little sleep.

There were no mirrors apart from bathroom where you can't plug a hairdryer in. Lamps would be good rather than bright overhead lights. There is no terrestrial tv so if you haven't got a netflix or any other account or you haven't got your passwords with you then you can't watch normal TV. The entrance to the two flats was filthy.

Great location, good facilities and well equipped kitchen with a few breakfast items provided by the owner, including milk & coffee. The owner was very good at responding to our queries.

A little bit noisy however the location was in the heart of the town. Curtains in addition to the blinds would have been helpful to block out the light. Instructions at the property regarding how to connect to the WiFi (and use the TV therefore) would be helpful too.

Fittings and fixtures were okay. Bathroom looked refurbished

Not cleaned, hair on bed, bedding not changed, no replacement bed linen. Unswept floors

Clean and comfortable, location is superb, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Owner is very responsive, responds immediately to any question.
