Alde Lodge by The Suffolk Cottage Collection

We've stayed at this particular holiday park before at a different lodge, and liked it so much we decided to come back. Alde Lodge was clean, comfortable and modern with a spacious living area and lots of natural light. There was a good supply of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, as well as complementary posh tea bags and biscuits. The bed was comfortable and the shower in our en suite worked well.

The bedrooms are a bit on the small side so something to bear in mind if you like a big bedroom.

Alde Lodge was in immaculate condition when we walked in and the whole place had a modern feel. Kitchen was brilliant with everything we could need! Loved the place and the location. We wanted a quiet break and exactly what we needed to unwind 😊

Beds could’ve been a bit comfier but were okay.

Exceptionally well stocked, clean, comfortable. We had the most amazing stay. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk when we arrived.

Nothing was fabulous

Walkable to Aldeburgh centre. Decent size, well appointed, convenient car parking and some milk, biscuits etc left for our consumption. Nice verandah in good weather.

Not much, initially struggled to find the lodge but found it after a while.
