"Lovely lodge in Aldeburgh"

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in this beautiful lodge. It is on a very quiet site within walking distance of the beach. Everything you could need is provided for a self catering holiday including towels and beds made up for your arrival. Parking is right outside the door

We thought the compulsory cleaning charge was excessive.

Lovely being able to walk to the sea in 5 minutes and then on into the town centre with shops and a good selection of places serving food.

Nice place to visit modern and easy to find

No water pressure in showers. Cleaning only done on serfice under sopher and in low places was a thick coating of dust and mess. Not good when you have a jung baby crawling.

inside the lodge is very attractive, is very well equipped and is very comfortable. it was particularly helpful for my elderly father as everything was on one level and the parking was right next to the door.

the bed mattress was a little to hard for me but other than that everything was great.

"Long weekend with friends"

The size and layout of the lodge was very good. The location was excellent, close to everything in Aldeburgh The lodge facilities were great, though unfortunately it was never warm enough for us to enjoy the outside furniture

Dishwasher didn't clean very well. Tried three different programmes. Especially seemed to struggle with tea cups. Kettle needs descaling. Cutlery wasn't that clean, probably cos of dishwasher. Showers were generally good, but did lose power on occasions and the temperature fluctuated.

"Immaculate lodge in perfect location"

We had a lovely break in the lodge, very impressed with the high standards of cleanliness and how well equipped the lodge was. It was very comfortable, all three rooms are en-suite and plenty of room for us all. A great venue and location for 6 friends catching up for the weekend. Would highly recommend! Donna was our contact and she was ever so helpful with any questions before our weekend away. Thank you!

There was nothing we didn’t like!
