Kennedy Villa - 5 Bedroom House with Hot Tub, WiFi, Free parkings, Close to Bicester Village

Lovely property a bit tired in places the window in the lovely conservatory were not very clean but all in all very good value

Plenty of place great for our sibling get together

House was a fair price for the size, had plenty of room and space for our group.

Property condition was reflective of price. Could do with some TLC, marks on carpets. House could be much nicer with matching furniture and some paint work.

Plenty of space, good location.

Need more cooking pans, trays and pizza tray and tea towels for 11 people. Some bulbs, sockets and blinds not working. Door jammed and we couldn’t open, reported Friday night, no one came to look or sort it.

We loved the space. It was perfect for our family for the weekend. We attended a family wedding locally so was ideal for us.

The property felt a bit tired, carpets needed cleaning. A lick of paint wouldn’t go a miss and the electrics didn’t feel quite right- some of the plug sockets on the walls were loose and wobbly and one of the chandelier lights in the conservatory flicked on and off. Just wear and tear but needs addressing.

Beautiful property very spacious

This property was ideal for us; We had three generations including 89 yr old grandparents staying at some point during the week. The beds are comfortable, shower and toileting facilities good, the boiler fed showers especially so. the Lounge was good with a sizeable TV and sofas. we spent the majority of our socialising time in the conservatory dining area. Having a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer was great. To be fair, we didn't do a lot of cooking but there were plenty of plates, glasses, and enough kitchen utensils to create a reasonable meal. the garden is secure if you have little ones, the hot tub a good addition. there's also a climbing frame and selection of chairs etc to sit out on. The facility to park five cars, and one side on to those already parked was great.

the house is a little scruffy around the edges with the garden being fairly unkempt and the parking area similarly neglected. There are several damaged fixtures and fittings internally with one electrical socket not working and a couple with either loose or cracked facia's. A few more teaspoons wouldn't go amiss. My real concern is the lack of any smoke or CO alarms within the property. I feel these should be provided and maintained as a matter of urgency.

Overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The swings and the large garden accommodated the children very well. The hosts were very quick to respond and help out with issues we had.

Some of the bedding was a bit worn out.

The property was a perfect size for 14 of us to stay and use the property to celebrate my sisters hen party. The conservatory and big living room were great ‘party’ spaces! The drive was a plus to fit everyone’s cars on and was very fit for purpose for what we wanted! The garden was lovely and as it was such lovely weather we extended out there. Lovely space.

The property could do with some TLC. Door handles not working and doors not shutting properly. The conservatory was quite cobwebby so could do with some extra attention when cleaning. There was 14 of us staying and the fuse box kept tripping when more than 2 of the electric showers were being used so someone had to stay near the fuse box! The water pressure was quite poor too. It has so much potential this house with the newish bathrooms so the plumbing side of things did let it down.
