Kennedy Villa - 5 Bedroom House with Hot Tub, WiFi, Free parkings, Close to Bicester Village

Beautiful spot! We felt like we were staying on Privet Drive with the Dursleys :)

The host was clear and attentive. It was easy to check-in using the lock box. The villa was mostly clean and very tidy, with a handy welcome book containing useful information/instructions. There was a high chair and books & games. The living area was spacious and the hatch to the kitchen was convenient. Many essentials were provided which we appreciated such as washing up liquid, tea towels, some tea supplies and laundry powder. The laundry room with washer, dryer & heated airer was great! The TV was good with Netflix etc. The window blinds throughout were in good order. The hot tub was a highlight! We didn't spend much time exploring the local area during our short 2 night stay, however the house was a quick walk from Bicester Designer Outlet Village and there were local pubs & supermarkets nearby. The bedrooms were nicely decorated in a way that was welcoming to anyone - there were lamps and also the towels provided were useful. The parking was fantastic for all 5 of our cars and you could probably fit one more on the drive. We encountered a friendly neighbour who provided us with directions. Overall we had a lovely stay!

We did encounter a few issues but most were relatively minor things which were put right by the host on the following day. It was not very easy to find bedding for the guests sleeping on the sofa beds but we discovered things to use by looking in multiple wardrobes and some more was gratefully dropped off the next day at our request. Unfortunately there is some wear and tear within the property - a few of the plug sockets are dodgy and damaged our hair dryer - the showers look beautiful however we were only able to use one at a time due to water pressure? Not ideal for 15 people - especially when getting ready/going out or exiting the hot tub. There were not enough dining chairs (9) or mugs (7) for all of us and we couldn't figure out how to use the dishwasher.

On the last night , my wallet and some stuff which were in car in driveway, have been stolen. I've lost so many bank cards, driving licence and etc. My cards have been used before I understand that they are stolen so thief took out hundreds of pounds by contact less shopping. Despite having a brilliant stay, last day was horrible.
