Big rooms, location and view.

Price wise is pretty expensive. Cheaply build house, barely any kitchen equipment, curtains which only cover about 40% of the windows.

Hosts are lovely- we were met from the bus station and taken directly to the cabin, which was lovely. They also collected us the day we left to return us to the bus station. The cabin is really cute and very spacious for a couple of people travelling. The kitchen is well equipped, the couch is comfy and there's a bath- which is a lovely touch. Loads of heaters which meant we weren't cold (even though the temperature dropped pretty low while we were there). You might have a random friendly dog visit you at the door, which we personally enjoyed greatly!

The stairs are quite steep and creaky, not suitable for people with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs so if you get up in the night, you're going downstairs. Cabin is a fair walk to town, but we found a shortcut which was excellent. The hot tub and sauna weren't working when we stayed.

Cabin was in quite place with nice view, we were the only quests in the area in early spring. Each room contained heater so it was nice warm all the time. Cabin was in very good condition, seems to be quite new. Big plus is sauna, which we used (but see cons).

Harder to find when you arrive in dark even if we got GPS coordinates. Owner does not speak english. We had issues with puting fire in the fireplace, resulting to smoke in whole cabin, but owner helped us later. Beds were not very comfortable, the bed base is not very suitable for that kind of mattresses. Sauna was quite pricey (150GEL), and is not a best build (harder to close door, and putting metal door handle inside... all of us got burned even when we were careful)

The property is situated extremely far away from the city centre. While it says 700 metres, it's the aerial distance. The walking distance to even the nearest convenience store is around 1.2-1.5 kms. It's hard to locate, with Google map roads being unable to find a way to get there. Similarly if you walk from to the main city, you'll end up taking a questionable hiking route. The property lacks facilities like washer/dryer, heater in one of the rooms and is overall not the best cabin we stayed in Georgia.

Cute cottage in Mestia, however, the furniture were not perfect: the kettle was functioning half of the time, the fireplace was almost blocked and the shower wasn’t practical

Excellent environment, close to the center, cleanliness throughout the house. I recommend you to bring warm clothes, because it's freezing at night and the heating can't be turned on until the end. There are all the necessary attributes in the kitchen.comfort is complete❤️❤️❤️thanks to the hosts
