Villa Wood in Mestia N 2

Very good place. I like it, and advice for everyone.

The nature of Mestia is very beautiful. The staff was being very helpful with the fireplace for us that came from a hotel country and dont know how to use it. Thank you

The cleanliness of the house seem like it wasnt properly clean. We only got half of the tissue roll in the toilet. No shampoo or soap so bring it people. No floor mat for the toilet and shower. The location that we get from the property was wrong hard to find the house no sign. The staff or the owner doesnt speak english at all.

Everything was nice, just few suggestions to improve Villa)

Nice to have microwave in Villa, difficult to warm up food without microwave:) Also pls replace door handle in sauna, from inside, when you have sauna working, handle become very warm)

The scenery is so spectacular, on the top of the mountain, with the town right in front of you. The landlord has prepared all the essentials, which is especially suitable for team travel. It's really great.

Surounding and handworking of the property

The cottage was exactly the same as it is in the photos. Very easy to reach, very closer to the center of Mestia and easy to reach at any sight-seeing. As for the house, everything was new and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom were equipped with every necessary item, all devices and furniture were in an ideal condition. The cottage has a yard with swing and a place for barbecue too. A very nice place to spend vacation with family or friends.

As of Aug-2024, The hut is brand new, it is fully furnished, there is a nice bath, sofa, comfy beds with clean linen, equipped kitchen with all essentials. Hot water.

First, note that as of aug-2024 the hut is very difficult to find as the road and vicinity area does not exist on Google maps. We received no instructions from the owner on how to find the property and the owner speaks very little English and is not on site. Use openstreetmaps to find hut. There is no garden to this hut, it's located on an unfinished stone/gravel road. Some elements in the hut seem unfinished, and while the hut is new, it's very simply built. One of the rooms with the double bed is facing east, and there is no adequate shading, the blinds only covers partially so the room is very lit very early in the morning. Sadly the drains were a bit smelling, though not to a very discomfort level. Note owner demands full payment in cash on arrival, this wasn't fully communicated before. With all of this, we did enjoy our stay of 4 nights in the hut.
